Dude, we want your weird.

Since when the fuck did we lose our love for sharing what we love like a giggly Tumblr girl in 2011? Then collectively decided, or force-fed, that the only valid form of sharing is vanity metrics. Why is the main objective, how can I be seen vs. this is what I want to share. In that shift, we lose the spark.

Where is the wide-eyed late-night ramblings in that, where is the sass, the edge, the spark, the weirdness that is unmistakably you? When everything LOOKS THE FUCKING SAME, what do we then drip by drip let us influence and inspire us when the uniqueness and quirk are amputated by algorithms and AI that spews out generic Milli Vanilli as confidently as your average midlife white man answers everything, including what he has no clue about. (loosely stolen from my fav group dm this summer).

DUDE, we want your weird. YOU are the secret sauce.

Why does everything have to be growth-optimized, collect-email-obsessed, business-booming bonanza everywhere you look? What happened to simply being wildly fascinated, inspired, annoyed, or other, and wanting to share it with the world?
